This last weekend I did a four day intensive Trauma Transformation workshop! Awesome. My friend, Carol Colhoun, LCSW and I co-led a fabulous group in Austin. It is truly amazing to see how much trauma can be resolved in a four-day period when one is immersed in it, gets enough support and really wants to move forward.
If you are interested in moving past the trauma that continues to keep you stuck in the past - this may be what you are looking for. I plan to hold one at least four times a year....
